Job Summary
The Memory Support Manager is tasked with ensuring exceptional care and services for residents in memory care, while adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This role involves leading a dedicated care team, coordinating resident assessments, and working closely with the Director of Nursing to uphold superior standards of resident health and happiness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the provision of quality care for memory care residents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations at all levels of government.
- Lead and support the care team in delivering outstanding services.
- Manage and conduct assessments of residents to tailor care plans effectively.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high standards of resident care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a senior care environment.
- An accredited LPN degree is advantageous.
- Proven leadership capabilities in a caregiving context.
- Strong understanding of assisted living regulations is essential.
