**Mental Health Care Coordinator**
The Mental Health Care Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering on-site supervision, assisting with meal preparation, and offering case management for individuals residing in a supportive living environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring the safety of the facility, recording residents’ progress, and collaborating with Assertive Community Treatment teams. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of two years of experience in human services or a comparable field. Additionally, applicants must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and successfully complete a criminal background investigation and drug screening.
