Job description
**Mental Health Pharmacist**
The Mental Health Pharmacist is responsible for delivering thorough pharmacotherapy management and offering clinical insights for patients within inpatient mental health facilities and an injectable clinic. This role involves working alongside multidisciplinary teams to enhance medication outcomes, confirm medication orders, and supply drug information to healthcare professionals. Applicants should possess a BS Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a school accredited by ACPE and hold a valid license to practice in Minnesota. Preferred credentials include post-graduate training, BPS Board Certification in a specific specialty, and relevant experience in psychiatric pharmacy.
