**Job Title: Merchandise Manager**
The Merchandise Manager is responsible for managing daily operations within the store, which includes organizing stock, maintaining displays, and supervising team members. In this capacity, they serve as the Manager on Duty, ensuring top-notch customer service, fostering sales growth, and upholding the accuracy of inventory. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role. The position also demands the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 25 lbs, ascend ladders, and be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
