**Merchandise Manager**
The Merchandise Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the store, which encompasses inventory receipt, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supervising store staff. This role entails boosting sales performance, ensuring accurate inventory control, and delivering outstanding customer service while serving as the Manager on Duty. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification and have at least 2 years of experience in a management role. The position necessitates physical capabilities, including lifting up to 25 lbs, ascending ladders, and the flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
