Job description
The Registered Nurse (RN) acts as a key clinical leader within the care team, dedicated to delivering top-notch care to residents. This role involves working collaboratively with team members to address challenges and foster a nurturing atmosphere for residents. Applicants are required to have an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution, along with a valid RN license in Virginia. Previous experience in long-term care is advantageous, as are excellent communication abilities and proficiency in nursing procedures.
