Job description
**Retail Inventory Lead**
The Retail Inventory Lead is responsible for overseeing all inventory-related operations within the store, including conducting cycle counts, managing shipments, and facilitating restocks to keep the sales floor well-supplied. This role involves working closely with the store leadership team to ensure the back-of-house remains orderly while delivering outstanding customer service. Applicants should be able to work on weekends and holidays, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and be capable of lifting items weighing up to 30 lbs. The position demands the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment and consistently arrive on time.
