**Job Title: Merchandise Manager**
The Merchandise Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, which includes organizing stock, maintaining displays, and supervising personnel. This role focuses on boosting sales, overseeing opening and closing procedures for the store, and delivering outstanding customer service. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of two years of experience in a management position. The role involves physical activities such as lifting items weighing up to 25 lbs and climbing ladders, as well as requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
