Job description
The Merchandiser Lead plays a vital role in overseeing merchandising operations, upholding product presentation, and managing stock availability at designated retail sites. This position involves fostering team dynamics, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring that all activities align with company standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of two years of experience in merchandising and be capable of performing physical functions, including lifting weights of up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license with active insurance and the capability to operate pallet jacks are mandatory.
