Job description
The Merchandise Assistant Manager is responsible for guiding a team in the implementation of store operations, while prioritizing merchandising, handling freight, and upholding company standards. This position also supports the Store Manager by managing daily administrative responsibilities, overseeing inventory, and fostering a positive shopping experience for customers. Ideal candidates should possess previous experience in retail and management, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The job demands the capacity to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and to engage in regular walking, standing, and manual labor activities.
