**Merchandising Assistant Manager**
The Merchandising Assistant Manager is responsible for guiding store team members in their everyday activities, emphasizing merchandising, inventory handling, and upholding store presentation standards. Additionally, this position supports the Store Manager in overseeing stock management, optimizing sales floor performance, and fostering a welcoming shopping atmosphere for customers. Applicants should have a background in retail and management, paired with excellent communication and people skills. The position demands physical capability to lift weights between 30-50 lbs, as well as engage in regular walking, standing, and manual tasks.
