Job description
The Mortgage Loan Officer plays a key role in generating new mortgage business by leveraging both internal and external referrals while fostering robust client relationships. They guide clients in understanding loan options, oversee the application process, and collaborate with underwriting to facilitate successful loan completions. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience in mortgage loan origination, along with an NMLS license. A bachelor’s degree and familiarity with different mortgage products and underwriting practices is advantageous.
