**Merchandising Assistant Manager**
The Merchandising Assistant Manager is responsible for guiding store team members in daily activities, emphasizing key areas such as merchandising, freight handling, and upholding store standards. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing inventory control, optimizing sales floor operations, and creating a welcoming and secure environment for both shoppers and employees. Ideal candidates will possess previous experience in retail management, accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The position also necessitates the physical capacity to lift 30-50 lbs and engage in regular walking, standing, and manual tasks.
