**Job Title: Property Manager/Maintenance Technician**
The Property Manager/Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day management and physical maintenance of the apartment community, which includes handling maintenance requests and performing administrative duties. Key responsibilities include leasing activities, rent collection, communication with residents, and ensuring the property’s safety and upkeep. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in skilled maintenance along with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Essential skills include strong hands-on repair abilities, familiarity with property management software, and effective communication skills in both English and Spanish.
