**Job Title: Group Leader**
Group Leaders play a crucial role in guiding K-8 students through a variety of educational and recreational experiences, all while fostering a secure and encouraging atmosphere. They are tasked with overseeing staff members, keeping accurate attendance logs, and maintaining open lines of communication with families and program coordinators. Applicants should be at least 21 years of age and possess a minimum of two years of experience in youth programming, along with at least one year in a leadership position. A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory, while an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
