**Director of Nursing**
The Director of Nursing is responsible for supervising all facets of resident care and clinical services, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. This role involves leading the care team, managing the medication program, and promoting effective communication among staff, residents, and their families. Applicants must possess a nursing degree and a valid RN license, along with a minimum of three years of experience in assisted living or memory care settings. Additionally, candidates should have at least two years of supervisory or management experience and be adept in computer systems and organizational management.
