**Job Title: Consultant**
The role involves creating and implementing dynamic, practice-oriented educational solutions for the Casualty Injury College aimed at enhancing the performance of adjusters. The consultant will work closely with business partners and subject matter experts to assess the effectiveness of the learning initiatives and promote ongoing enhancements. Applicants should possess extensive experience in instructional design, adult learning theories, and the development of hybrid learning frameworks. Strong skills in content creation tools and effective stakeholder management are essential, and prior experience in the insurance sector or regulated environments is advantageous.
