**Merchandising Manager**
The Merchandising Manager is responsible for managing the operational functions of the store, which encompasses inventory management, planogram execution, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines. This position also involves overseeing the processing of shipments, planning workloads effectively, and offering leadership on the sales floor to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years in retail leadership roles and must be capable of performing physical duties, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and early morning shifts in a dynamic retail environment is essential.
