Job description
The Companion Animal Supervisor oversees the well-being, safety, and health of live animals while promoting sales and operational efficiency within the Companion Animal and Aquatics sections. This role involves guiding team members through coaching, upholding high standards of presentation, and ensuring compliance with veterinary protocols. Candidates should possess at least a year of supervisory experience, ideally within the pet retail sector, along with extensive knowledge of companion animals and aquatic species. A high school diploma or GED is advantageous, as are strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
