The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, promoting brand values, and guaranteeing a uniform styling experience for customers. This role assists the Store Manager in mentoring team members, handling inventory, and boosting sales results. Ideal candidates will possess an approachable and friendly personality, a keen interest in fashion trends, and demonstrate leadership capabilities. While prior experience in retail or a leadership role is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
