**Job Title: Merchandising Team Lead**
The Merchandising Team Lead is responsible for enhancing sales through captivating product displays and guiding the team in arranging floor sets, signage, and updating prices. This role involves collaboration with both operations and sales teams to uphold merchandising standards, aligned with store goals. Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management and have a strong comfort level with technology and Windows-based applications. The position requires physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and the flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
