Job description
**Job Title: Medical Director**
The Medical Director will be responsible for shaping the hospital’s medical strategy while managing a clinical caseload and guiding associate veterinarians to deliver exceptional patient care. This role also involves collaborating with leadership to nurture a positive workplace culture, promote hospital expansion, and supervise clinical practices and protocols. Applicants should have a DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program and a valid veterinary license in New Mexico. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in small animal medicine and surgery is essential, accompanied by excellent leadership and communication abilities.
