Job description
The Client Account Executive plays a crucial role in overseeing a designated portfolio of clients, focusing on sales, customer service, and the retention of personal lines insurance accounts. This position serves as the main liaison for clients, offering expert guidance on coverage options, managing policy renewals, and assisting with claims resolutions. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or six years of applicable financial sector experience, in addition to a minimum of four years in the insurance field. A valid Property & Casualty and/or Life and Health license is mandatory, while professional certifications such as CISR, CIC, or CPCU are highly regarded.
