The Milieu Therapist performs patient care tasks, facilitates therapeutic and psychoeducational groups, and manages crisis situations within a multi-disciplinary team. They are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, documenting patient progress, and assisting with activities of daily living. A Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling is required. Candidates must also obtain Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCMC) certification within 60 days of hire.
