The Mission Manager is responsible for implementing cancer prevention and detection initiatives while cultivating relationships within the community and engaging volunteers to meet mission goals. This role also involves coordinating patient service programs and facilitating staff collaboration to enhance community outreach and effectiveness. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, ideally in a healthcare-related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in oncology or community health. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Spanish being mandatory.
