Job Summary
The Molding Process Technician for the 3rd Shift plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing molding processes to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently during the late-night hours. This position involves monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the operation.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust molding processes to achieve production goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or production issues.
- Document production metrics and quality control measures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing or a similar environment, specifically in molding processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
