**Mortgage Banker**
The Mortgage Banker plays a crucial role in driving mortgage loan production by leveraging leads, referrals, and networking opportunities, all while ensuring adherence to the bank’s policies. This position involves working closely with internal teams to strengthen business relationships and deliver outstanding service to clients. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage banking, along with an Associate degree in Business or Finance. A solid understanding of mortgage regulations, including RESPA and Dodd-Frank, is essential, as well as active NMLS registration.
