The Mortgage Banker III plays a crucial role in driving mortgage loan production by leveraging leads, referrals, and networking, all while building a personal portfolio of clients. This position necessitates adherence to banking regulations and cooperation with internal teams to enhance the bank’s footprint in the market. Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in the mortgage banking sector and hold an associate degree in Business or Finance. A solid understanding of mortgage regulations, including RESPA and Dodd-Frank, and current NMLS registration are essential.
