Job Summary
The MRI Technologist will be responsible for conducting MRI scans within a healthcare facility, ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging results. The role involves interacting with patients from various departments, including both inpatients and outpatients, as well as those in the emergency department. Candidates must hold the necessary licenses and have experience in the field.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans on patients in a hospital environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to MRI technology.
- Interact with and monitor patients during procedures to provide optimal care.
- Maintain MRI equipment and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications
- ARRT-MR license required.
- ODH license required.
- BLS certification required.
- Demonstrated experience as an MRI Technologist.
- Strong knowledge of MRI equipment and safety measures in the MRI environment.
