**Music Publishing Administrator**
The Music Publishing Administrator will oversee the management and updating of music publishing metadata, registrations, and ownership records within internal systems. This role includes resolving disputes regarding royalty splits, facilitating client onboarding processes, and performing thorough research on song histories and credits to guarantee precise rights management. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and a background of 1–3+ years in music publishing administration or a similar area. Essential skills include expertise in data management systems, excellent research capabilities, and knowledge of collection societies such as ASCAP, BMI, and the MLC.
