Job Summary
The Financial Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining essential financial platforms such as NetSuite and FloQast. This role involves configuring these systems, ensuring their optimal performance, and applying effective business logic. The administrator will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to automate manual finance tasks and collaborate with engineering teams to develop strong integrations across various systems.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure core financial systems, specifically NetSuite and FloQast.
- Ensure the health and performance of financial systems through effective management and problem-solving.
- Identify manual processes within finance operations and implement automation solutions.
- Work closely with engineering teams to create and maintain seamless integrations between systems.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of direct experience in NetSuite administration, including skills in configuration, customization, and workflow management.
- Strong knowledge of fundamental finance processes is essential.
- A demonstrated history of successfully automating repetitive financial tasks is required.
