Oversee day-to-day onboarding workflows for 1099 and W2 clinicians, including contracting, workflow transitions, provider account maintenance, and support for W2 onboarding initiatives. Track enrollment trends, identify and troubleshoot process bottlenecks and platform gaps, and collaborate with the onboarding manager and other stakeholders to improve operations. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and 1–2 years of customer-facing experience is required. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and comfortable or interested in working in a fast-paced environment.
