Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical assistance for troubleshooting network infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
- Utilize L2 protocols effectively for network management tasks.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity platforms and tools to safeguard IT operations.
- Engage in network engineering and design to improve system performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in network management and systems administration.
- Possession of relevant certifications, such as MSCE.
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated knowledge of infrastructure design and engineering principles.
