Job Summary
The Neuroscience Regional Sales Manager for the Pacific region will oversee the sales initiatives within Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and surrounding areas. This role involves guiding and managing a dedicated team of Specialty Sales professionals, ensuring effectiveness in implementing sales strategies while maintaining accountability within the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Specialty Sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
- Implement and execute strategic sales plans to meet organizational objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and hold team members accountable for their objectives.
- Engage in regular communication with team members to foster collaboration and resolve challenges.
- Adapt sales strategies based on territory geography and market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, particularly within the neuroscience or related healthcare fields.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive team performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
