Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the functionality of facility assets, including material handling systems and conveyor equipment. This position focuses on diagnosing issues, executing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure operational efficiency while adhering to safety and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and material handling systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to enhance the lifespan and efficiency of assets.
- Collaborate with fulfillment operations to reduce downtime and enhance workflow continuity.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks conform to safety and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with material handling equipment.
- Strong skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and motor control systems.
- A high school diploma or equivalent educational credential.
