**Nursing Manager**
The Nursing Manager oversees the clinical functions of home infusion services, guaranteeing that patient care remains of the highest quality and complies with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities involve directing the nursing team, collaborating with healthcare providers to create treatment plans, as well as managing budgets and adhering to quality metrics. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) and a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. A current Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory, along with extensive experience in infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy.
