Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse or Medical Assistant FLOAT (LPN, RN, or MA) for our Dayton, OH location. This role is essential in providing flexible support across various departments while ensuring the highest standards of patient care at PriMED Physicians, one of the largest and most rapidly growing healthcare providers in the area.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive healthcare services to patients in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Assist in the assessment and need identification of patients’ medical conditions.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records and updates.
- Educate patients about their health conditions and treatment plans.
- Support clinical operations as required by different departments.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or certification as a Medical Assistant (MA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
