Job description
**Nurse Practitioner**
The Nurse Practitioner will conduct physical assessments, oversee methadone treatment strategies, and offer continuous case management for individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. This role involves collaboration with the Medical Director and requires the accurate upkeep of all clinical documentation within the Electronic Health Record system. Applicants must possess a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in their state of practice, along with an unrestricted DEA license. Preferred qualifications include experience in substance abuse rehabilitation and opioid treatment, as well as adeptness in electronic medical record documentation.
