Job Summary
This position entails overseeing a complete patient caseload with a focus on delivering virtual care related to perimenopause, menopause, weight management, and sexual health. The role involves prescribing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and assessing patients for medication-assisted weight management while ensuring top-notch documentation and productivity standards are upheld.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full panel of patients through virtual care.
- Prescribe HRT and assess patients for pharmacologic weight management.
- Maintain high levels of documentation and productivity.
- Utilize various clinical technologies and adapt to new telemedicine practices.
Qualifications
- Active board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP).
- A minimum of three years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong proficiency in telemedicine and independent patient management.
- Ability to adapt to various clinical technologies relevant to patient care.
