Job Summary
The role of the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Critical Care Opportunities involves delivering high-quality care to patients with critical medical conditions. This position is available in full-time, part-time, and per diem formats in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and requires an onsite presence.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients within critical care settings.
- Educate and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct assessments, including radiologic and laboratory studies, ensuring accurate interpretation of results.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans for medical, surgical, and critical cases.
- Offer support and guidance for fellow staff in delivering high standards of care.
Qualifications
- Must possess a certification as either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Board certification as a Registered Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
- Experience in critical care environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective teamwork.
