Job Summary
The Health, Marshland Clinic is looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a part of their healthcare team in Cornell. This position focuses on delivering comprehensive care to patients, addressing both common acute and chronic medical conditions within a Family Medicine setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat various acute and chronic health issues.
- Prescribe medications as appropriate for patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education and support to improve health and wellness.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in Wisconsin.
- Experience in a family medicine or primary care environment is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
