Job Summary
We are actively looking for a committed and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a vital member of our Family Medicine team in Gray Court, South Carolina. This role involves providing exceptional patient care, including discussing treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance strategies with patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients in the family medicine setting.
- Engage with patients to tailor treatment plans and manage medications.
- Promote health maintenance through educational initiatives.
- Document patient interactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in family medicine.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
