Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a committed and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a pivotal member of our Family Medicine team in Laurens, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services and collaborate with patients and their families to discuss treatment plans, medications, and approaches to health maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Engage with patients and families to develop and communicate effective treatment plans.
- Offer guidance on medications and health maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment progress.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- A valid certification from an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner program or equivalent for Physician Assistant.
- Demonstrated experience in family medicine or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Current state licensure and board certification, as required.
