Job Summary
We are in search of a committed and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Abbeville, South Carolina. This position entails working closely with patients and their families to provide comprehensive care, focusing on treatment pathways, medications, and overall health maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a family medicine setting.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage medications.
- Maintain impeccable patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Valid certification and licensure to practice in South Carolina.
- Strong communication skills for patient and family engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in family medicine is preferred.
