Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a part of our Family Medicine team. This role involves providing comprehensive healthcare services, focusing on treatment plans, medication management, and overall health maintenance for patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care as part of the Family Medicine team.
- Develop and evaluate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Prescribe medications and provide guidance on health maintenance practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Valid certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Previous experience in a family medicine or primary care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
