Job Summary
The Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is actively looking for a dedicated and certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Internal Medicine team on a full-time basis. This position is located in Palo Alto, California, and requires an onsite work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in the Internal Medicine department.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications
