Job Summary
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in OBGYN will provide high-quality care to patients, engage in diagnostic studies, and manage medication orders under the supervision of a physician. This role, based in Hillsboro, Oregon, requires a dedication to the health and well-being of patients in the obstetric and gynecological field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Assist in the execution of various diagnostic procedures.
- Order and manage prescriptions while adhering to established guidelines.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians to ensure optimal patient care.
- Support the development of NP/PA Float programs post-hire.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse License in Oregon, to be obtained within 6 months of hire, or a Physician Assistant credential.
- Relevant clinical experience in OBGYN or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
