Job Summary
The position of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PRN) focuses on conducting in-home health assessments in Liberty, New York. The professional will primarily operate onsite, engaging directly with clients in their homes or skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments for patients in their residences or skilled nursing facilities.

Qualifications
