Oversee a designated patient panel by performing acute, chronic, and routine consultations within an office environment. Work in partnership with clinical teams and engage in weekly clinical rounds to guarantee optimal patient outcomes. Applicants must have successfully finished an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program with national certification. A minimum of 2 years in outpatient primary care is required, or 1 year of relevant experience alongside a fellowship or urgent care experience.
