Job description
**Job Title: Outpatient Care Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)**
We are seeking a dedicated provider to deliver outpatient care for individuals experiencing orthopedic, neurological, spinal, and pain-related issues. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient evaluations, overseeing treatment strategies, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and clinical staff. Applicants must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona and have completed an accredited program in the United States. While we welcome applications from new graduates, a preferred background of 2-3 years in orthopedics, neurology, or pain management is highly desirable.
